Over the last few weeks, Miles Macadam has successfully completed a series of rigorous external audits, demonstrating the company’s ongoing commitment to quality, safety and environmental excellence.

Miles Macadam recently underwent its annual NQA Surveillance Audit, covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, National Highways Sector Scheme 16 and SSIP accreditation. The audit assessed our management systems, operational processes and commitment to continual improvement across all areas of the business. We are delighted to report that the audit was completed with exceptional results. The NQA identified zero non-conformances and zero opportunities for improvement, reflecting the high standards maintained throughout the organisation.

Adding to this success, Miles Macadam also welcomed the British Board of Agrément (BBA) to a Hardipave™ surfacing scheme in Luton for a Site In Progress Audit against our HAPAS certification. The audit took place during overnight Hardipave™ surfacing works on an industrial estate, allowing the BBA to assess the application process in a live operational environment.

Once again, the outcome was outstanding, with the audit recording no findings.

These results are a testament to the hard work, professionalism and dedication of our teams across the business. Achieving such positive outcomes across multiple audits reinforces our commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality, safety and performance for our clients.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in preparing for and supporting the audits. These achievements are something the whole Miles Macadam team can be proud of.
