Miles Macadam is looking forward to returning to LCRIG’s Strictly Highways 2026, taking place at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool, where the team will be showcasing its latest developments in grouted macadam surfacing and catching up with colleagues from across the highways sector.
Following our attendance at LCRIG’s Innovation & Learning Festival earlier this year, Strictly Highways will provide another opportunity to continue conversations around the challenges facing the industry, from delivering durable highways infrastructure to finding more sustainable approaches to road construction and maintenance. A particular focus for Miles Macadam will be Milepave Ultra™, the latest addition to our range of grouted macadam solutions. The product was first previewed at LCRIG’s Innovation & Learning Festival, and Strictly Highways will provide the opportunity to explore the product in more detail and discuss its potential applications with industry professionals.
Milepave Ultra™ has been developed with durability and performance in mind, combining the benefits of a polymer modified bitumen asphalt with an asphaltic grout to create a robust surfacing solution suitable for applications ranging from rural roads to high-stress junctions. Alongside Milepave Ultra™, visitors will be able to find out more about Miles Macadam’s wider range of Hardicrete™, Hardipave™ and Milepave™ grouted macadam systems, as well as our ongoing work to deliver more sustainable surfacing solutions across the UK.
